LINKS is Twin City's unique women's ministry. The "L" stands for "Leading"--developing potential godly leadership by example, experience, and exposure to Biblical principles. The "I" stands for "Impacting"--creating opportunities for one to make a difference in another's life. The "N" stands for "Nurturing"--encouraging our friends as we bear one another's burdens. The "K" stands for "Knowing"--understanding God, His Word, and each other better. The "S" stands for "Sharing"--reaching toward others by giving of ourselves and our gifts.
Our purpose is to bind together the ladies at Twin City Baptist Church in a godly setting; to use mature leadership to develop potential leadership; to impact others' lives and to nurture one another in Christian graces; to know our Lord better; to know the Word in a deeper way; and to know and love each other. In so doing we share ourselves in outreach endeavors as God directs each of us.
LINKS is a nine month program that includes outings, monthly meetings, luncheons, studies, and much more.
